I am very disturbed with the unprofessional that has been displayed with this dealer! I purchase a vehicle on Saturday only to find out by Tuesday the vehicle was not properly serviced before my purchase even after I inquired about the service. Then the service staff tried to insult my intelligence by saying the vehicle was serviced. The vehicle had literally had a of oil in it and sensors that lit up staying there were no fluids in the vehicle such as coolant and wiper fluid. Bait and switch!! Hidden fees and additional equipment I did not want. Called before I went and spoke at length asking about out the door price, went up 10k when I got there. Then offered 3 different “deals” some of them intended to confuse, like ok we can take out the tax and you can pay that so now it’s down to ______. Except I’d still need to pay that tax…. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!

Bought a Nissan a few days ago, every went well until we got home and found out that we were overcharged by $500 for the ETCH fee which was agreed to be taken out as part of the deal. I contacted Louise the sales manger the next morning and he avoided it. It was late that night when we bought it, we got tired of waiting for document processing, we didn't check the docs before signing and never got any explanations on the fees breakdown apart from the selling price. STAY AWAY!!! Don’t expect to pay the same price as listed at carfax or anywhere else. On top of that several thousand dollars add ons which they will not discuss with you.
