Horrible experience, one of the sales man was nice enough to come to a 50/50 price for the vehicle but once it was brought to the manager the price went up $4000 and started talking about the disclaimer saying this and that but when I go to talk in person they don’t follow their disclaimer and start talking nonsense. Stay away unless you wanna waste more money
Shady and not honest about pricing. They advertise a price that is not honored. They are the epitome of “ Used car Salesman “ Both trucks I was interested in had to be jumped started due to dead battery. To the salesmen… instead of sitting at your desk all day on social media, go and start all the cars one per day so you might actually make a sale. Duh. How this place is in business is beyond me. They are in violation of New Jersey Consumers Fraud Protection Act. Yes there are laws in place to protect consumers against such practices.
Very reasonable! Customer service was super chill/nice. Music was Load, but had quite spots.
Very dishonest experience. They offered $61,000 for my trade-in, then the next day dropped it to $55,000 when I came in ready to buy — $6,000 difference overnight with no real explanation. They also ran my credit and took my information before giving final numbers. Information about the vehicle (condition and history) was not clearly disclosed. Do not deal with them. I will be filing complaints with the New Jersey Attorney General, New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau (BBB), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and posting reviews on Google, Yelp, and DealerRater.
Avoid this dealership at all cost pay attention to this review or suffer the consequences . This dealership is like no other said they did 150 point inspection meanwhile drove 2 miles down the road the change oil sensor came on. What conclusion would you draw then try to reach out to them. No answer no callbacks. These vehicles are all from auctions. They do no inspections. They will play games to get you the payment and then backload the fees it’s an absolute joke. I live in town so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt after reading the previous reviews. Sorry to say the majority of them were true and not in a good way. Typical bait and switch if you don't finance through them. They advertise their cars on auto trader and give two prices, one to finance and one of you pay cash ( est taxes and fees included). Bought a van 11 months ago. The price went up 3k at signing. Sales manager Luis added almost 5k of useless protections which he made sound like it was included in the price. I cancelled a few days after getting the car. He told me that he was going to take care of it and 10 months later and many calls to the dealership. Horrible, car is on the website and when you arrive they have an excuse that the vehicle is in service or had an issue. This is after speaking and making an appointment to see the vehicle, total waste of time and a real garbage dealership. Vehicles are all beat up and overpriced, the worst dealership I have ever experienced. JUST HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY! Thank me later.
How this dealer has the overall rating it has is beyond me. All I can do is parrot almost ALL of the comments already in the negative reviews. Shame on me for not reading them first. Lesson learned. Hopefully this will help someone avoid the waste of time that I experienced.
Worse experience. I bought a van from them at the end of March. Price went up $3000. Then they added almost $5000 of warranty and protection plans which I asked them to cancel (I have proof). I have call them so many times. Luis, the sales manager keeps telling me that he's going to take care of it. It's been 9 months and the bank still haven't received anything from them.
