I am very disturbed with the unprofessional that has been displayed with this dealer! I purchase a vehicle on Saturday only to find out by Tuesday the vehicle was not properly serviced before my purchase even after I inquired about the service. Then the service staff tried to insult my intelligence by saying the vehicle was serviced. The vehicle had literally had a of oil in it and sensors that lit up staying there were no fluids in the vehicle such as coolant and wiper fluid. Make this very short I went to buy my car from Jessie Roman at Car Revolution 885 US-1, Avenel, NJ 07001 and they made it seem like I was getting the best deal. However, what I didn't realize was that they secretly added several unnecessary charges without informing me. For example: Key replacement warranty: $1,000 for a warranty lasting just one month, even though a new key and programming typically cost around $200. Car etching: $500 for something that's already included by the manufacturer. Fake theft recovery system: An additional $700. I made an appointment to drive 2.5 hrs to look a vehicle they told me was on the lot. I get there and mysteriously it was sent back to the auction and they had no clue. Their attitude was like "oh wow i cannot believe this" No I'm sorry you drove all this way. You cannot get a "real" person on the phone everyone that answers are in a "call center" and no clue about inventory. DO BUY A CAR HERE.

Horrible, price will not be the same as advertised. Will add a whole bunch of unnecessary stuff on the contract that are optional. I brought a 2022 Subaru outback and they financed through Ally, another rip off. When trying to contact the dealership finance you will go through hoops. Need to get a case against them. Had to go through Ally to get optional charges off of contract and still do not know where my down payment went. Buyers beware!!
Just straight up deceives consumers with their listings at decent prices and then charging well over 3.5K dollars in extra xx, like theft protection, "certification", etching, "destination fees" despite being a used car dealer. This does not include the other fees that you might typically find at any used car dealer such as registration, taxes, etc. End of the day, a 20k vehicle becomes closer to 27k. Just downright pathetic, scummy business practices. Don't waste your time.
Sticker Price: $23,900 "Your bottom line will be $33,000" (Estimated book value 23,800) I have never ever heard of a dealer charging $10k in garbage fees over the estimated book value of the car. Horrible does not explain the optional charges that they apply that are not needed. Do get any gap contract, windshield protection etch service or the service that they try to suck you in with. You can get it way cheaper someplace else than this place. Buyers beware!! And share.

Don't buy a used car from this place. They lure you in with low internet prices and then tack on over $2,000 in fabricated fees. I cannot emphasize enough that this dealership should not be trusted.

First thing is the prices for the vehicle online wasnt the real price. It was $7000 higher when you arrive. Called ahead to make sure they would use my bank to finance the vehicle I was interested in. Said "sure come on down, we can do that" then was told use their bank only to buy the car. That wasn't negotiable.
I just purchased a 2016 VW GTI from this place. The car is a great car, this review is more about my experience at the dealership. First and foremost, avoid the salesman Juan. He constantly forgets everything and when I took delivery of the car, he did not walk me out or even thank me for the purchase. Now let me list all of the issues I had: 1. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, SCAMERS. After making an appointment with someone who confirmed the car was there and aveliable I drove 2 hours to get to them and they didn't even have the car said they have ready for me test drive. I even got texts from how on the way saying it was ready. All they said was that some ads are placed just to get you to come in..Clearly false advertising.
They responded fairly quickly. They are also like 800 miles away so it's not like I was just going to go fly out there for a vehicle I really didn't know much about in person. I didn't purchase as it already had a pending offer. As they say though if something seems to good to be true it usually is... Part of the issue is the failure of the cars.com system to pull accurate pricing from the dealer website, but there's also the strange three line pricing shown on several New Jersey dealer sites. In this case, cars.com presented a price of $33,981, but the selling price was $2,995 higher at $36,976. The $2,995 is the down payment.

I purchased a 2016 Transit Connect from EMG or Car Revolution or whatever name they are using this month. Within 1,000 miles and less than a month, the alternator pulley blew off and damaged other things on the side of the engine. I foresaw issues of this nature happening on a used vehicle from a dealership such as this, so I purchased the extended warranty offered by EMG, Ally. The only problem is, it has been two weeks since my vehicle has been at the shop. Ally is saying they never received the inspection sheet from EMG so they will not approve ...
They called confirmed, car was still available. i go there within 15 minutes. Sales rep says the car has already been sold days before. They kept me holding there another half an hour to find something else in their inventory. It was just waste of my time.
They called me right away to let me know that someone was going to contact me about the car and I never heard back from them
I got a prompt response to my initial contact through cars.com. They called me back several times through the process and were very courteous and respectful. But they tried to tack on over $4500 of fees to the price of the car as listed on cars.com, so we couldn't come to a deal. Too bad, I really wanted the car!

They will sucker you in with a great "online price". This allows them to get a 'great value' rating on car gurus or other sites. Sales guy did not let me test drive the vehicle because it was late in the day. When you actually talk price, the price you saw is NOT what you pay. I bought a 2010 jeep liberty there last month. Took it to inspection and it did not pass. The sales person Omar who sold me the car assured me it was gaurenteed to pass NJ inspection otherwise they would fix it to do so or refund the money. It says this in my receipt as well. I took it back today and spoke to John who told me that as per Gene they refused to do either as Omar was not there to verify this. Horrible shady business. Will be taking to court.
Lazy, deceitful staff. I would stay away from this place. A lot of their cars are auction rejects that no other reputable dealer would put on their lot. On top of that, the lazy staff would not even put in the credit app before telling me I needed to put a ton of $ down and other lies. I had to do their job for them, and contact the bank. I bought a used Subaru BRZ -5 -months ago with an extended warranty sold to me by the Finance Manager, 5 months later i start hearing a noise from the engine so i took the car at a Subaru dealer to get a diagnostic and they said i need the throw out bearing and the extended warranty i have does not cover that, i'm still paying for that useless extended warranty and now i have to fix the car out of pocket. Went to go look at their lot in passing. Upon arriving, the staff was friendly. Long story short. The car I (regrettably) purchased had a dead battery on their overflow lot, stripped oil drain plug, and nearly destroyed oil pan. This was discovered upon my first oil change at a local Certified Mitsubishi service center.
